Who says IT geeks don't like exercise?

Clever Ducks is sending out two walking teams at lunch to celebrate Heart Health Month and wearing red raise awareness of heart health today. It is a beautiful day in San Luis Obispo at 70 degrees. Okay, we might talk about computer networking a bit, but we are out in the fresh air and getting that heart pumping! First team down to the mission plaza and back wins! We live in paradise, so get out and enjoy it!

What are you doing to get it pumping and keep it that way? And we'll be making a contribution to the American Heart Association to help further their efforts to raise awareness.
