IBM Blade Server Showcase in North Carolina's RTP

This week I want to thank Gary Isaacs of IBM for the hospitality and tour of IBM's executive briefing center in Research Triangle Park near Duke University. Packing more computing power, yet using less watts, it is an impressive solution with IBM's tradmark innovtion. The cabinet shown above is rotated compared to a traditional rack -- this "doublewide" design allows a huge increase in density and also better airflow. Thanks for showing us around to Gary and his team at IBM. It was a great event.
