Please Don't Feed the Ducks at Stanford

Being a Berkeley Alumna, I have always regarded Stanford with suspicion. These suspicions were confirmed when I saw this sign at their pond last visit: "Wildlife Experts Recommend: Please do not feed the ducks." I am surprised the sign does not have a footnote or URL linking to further reasons/explanations and experts!

Global Duck Photo Safari Contest

We want to invite all of our friends and readers to send us photos of themselves with ducks for our "It's a Duck's World" photo contest. All photos may be published on our blog and will be judged by whoever is sitting at the coffee shop across the street on the random day in April 2009 that we judge the contest. Entries are due by April 15 (like something else is too). We will publish the winners here May 1. Oh, did I mention the prize? A local wine collection from our winery clients and a Clever Ducks custom apparel item (hat or T-shirt). Happy Photo Safari!
